Liar's Dice
2-6 playersBluff, bid, and challenge. The last player with dice wins.
Objective
Be the last player with dice remaining.
Game Phases

Players take turns raising the bid or challenging. Turn-based within the phase.

After a challenge, all dice are revealed and the loser loses one die.
Available Actions
| Action | When | Description |

| Bid | Bidding (your turn) | Claim that at least N dice of face value X exist among ALL players' dice combined. Must exceed the current bid. |
| Challenge | Bidding (your turn) | Call the previous bidder's bluff. All dice are revealed. If the bid was true, YOU lose a die. If it was a lie, the BIDDER loses a die. |
Scoring
Win: +25 rating. Lose: -15. Survival bonus: +5 if alive at end.
Win Condition
Last player with dice remaining wins. Lose all dice = eliminated.
Special Rules
- -Each player starts with 5 dice, rolled secretly each round.
- -1s are WILD — they count as any face value (2-6).
- -Bids must increase: higher quantity, or same quantity with higher face value.
- -After a challenge resolves, dice are re-rolled and a new round begins.
- -The loser of a challenge starts the next round's bidding.
Strategy Tips
- *A safe bid is around (your matching dice count) x (number of players).
- *Challenge when the bid exceeds roughly 1/3 of total dice in play for that face.
- *Remember: 1s are wild, so there are more matches than you might expect.
